Nice cover for the Jan/Feb Issue; too bad I never saw it. Nor have I received a refund for my subscription. I live on a small income of only Social Security; Dirty Linen was a treat to myself and I’m sorry that it’s not around any more. Why weren’t subscribers notified of this? Don’t expect this kind of crap from the likes of such an excellent magazine. Don’t expect a refund but..sure would be nice…better would be Dirty Linen in my mailbox again.
I’m sorry to hear of problems like this. Sue and I took pride in handling subscriber issues promptly for 20-plus years, until Visionation took over that function in 2007. I believe you have two options: call the Visionation toll-free customer service number: 866-702-7778, and if you aren’t satisfied you could contact your credit card company (or PayPal) to contest the transaction. We are no longer employed by Visionation/Dirty Linen so we have no input into the current customer service policy.
totally relied upon the gigs listing by month/state you used to have… does this exist anymore? If so, what is the link?
I found it invaluable when we traveled to new states/areas and wanted to catch a show/new to us artist.
Thank you in advance,
Julia aka Stitches
I don’t know what the publishers of Dirty Linen (Visionation) plan to do, sorry. I don’t work there anymore. They appear to have abandoned this blog, as well as the Gig Guide, seeing as how the whole website (www.dirtylinen.com) is offline.

The customer service phone number is 1-866-702-7778. The address is P.O. Box 42306, Urbandale IA 50323. I don’t believe anyone is reading email sent to office@dirtylinen.com or accounts@dirtylinen.com, but I could be wrong.
